Why does every one call Clive 'Legal Luke'? In the game I have he was called 'Big Luke' before they knew he was Clive.

They call him 'Legal Luke' because as a (so called) older version of Luke, he is now able to drive/smoke/drink/get it on legally.
Thus, Legal Luke.
It's a Nickname made up by some fans :3
